Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tam Minh Duong Social ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, using, or authorizing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Tam Minh Duong Social is an application used to manage, schedule, publish, and monitor content for Facebook Pages and related business social media operations. The App is intended for lawful business use and may interact with third-party platforms, including Meta and Facebook services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you have the authority to manage the relevant Facebook Page, business asset, or associated social media account, and if your use complies with all applicable laws, platform policies, and these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for legitimate and authorized business purposes. You must not use the App:

• To violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• To distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content
• To interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the App or related services
• To engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized automation activities
• To use the App in a way that violates Meta, Facebook, or other platform policies

4. Account and Access Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any credentials, tokens, permissions, and account access used with the App. You are also responsible for all actions taken through accounts or pages under your control.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The App may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Meta and Facebook. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy enforcement, or other actions taken by third-party services.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, schedule, upload, or manage through the App. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use and publish such content.

8. Availability and Changes

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tam Minh Duong Social and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tam Minh Duong Social, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the App in an unauthorized or harmful way.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Vietnam, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
